Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations (within India): 4–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
4. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays may occur due to customs procedures in the destination country.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item:
Is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Includes original tags and packaging
Is not a sale/clearance or customized item (non-returnable)
To initiate a return, contact us at care@nbcotton.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your item, email us at care@nbcotton.in within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
