1. Sale and Purchase of Goods

NB Cotton World (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) agree to purchase, the goods described at checkout (“Goods”) in the quantity and specifications stated, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Purchase Price

Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the Goods as listed on this website during checkout.

3. Payment Terms

The total purchase amount is due in full by the payment date specified at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unpaid dues and to recover costs associated with collection, including legal fees.

4. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will follow NB Cotton World’s current shipping policy. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and the Seller is not liable for delays. Packaging will be according to Seller’s standard practices unless otherwise specified.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyers outside India are responsible for ensuring that the Goods can be legally imported into their country. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees will be borne by the recipient. NB Cotton World has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures. The recipient may be required to provide additional documentation (e.g., Tax ID, address proof) for clearance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided, NB Cotton World offers no warranty on the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the Goods. The Seller’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the net purchase price of the Goods delivered and paid for.

7. Colour Disclaimer

Product colors displayed on screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and fabric characteristics. These variations are not considered defects.

8. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, supply shortages, or transportation disruptions.

9. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Telangana, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hyderabad courts. Any modifications must be in writing and agreed to by NB Cotton World. Invalidity of any term shall not affect the remaining terms.
